Dr. Karim Hirani BDS LDS RCS - Practice Owner
Karim graduated at the Royal Dental Hospital, London in 1981. He then worked in hospitals in various departments including Children's, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery.
Other than general dentistry Karim has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Implants.
Karim is a member of the Association of Oral Implantology and a member of the British Occlusal Society.
Karim is a very keen golfer, and enjoys travelling
Dr. Harri Jaakola HLL, BDS - Associate
Harri has been qualified since 1989 in Finland
He has worked as a full time clinician from graduation, most of this time over 25 years. He was also a Practice Principal from 1996 in the UK.
He is married to DR Kirsi Jaakola with three teenage sons, Kirsi has been appointed as a GP/Partner at the Island Medical Centre and is what brought them to Jersey.
Harri covers all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic dentistry.
Harri is a keen golfer, winter, and watersports enthusiast

Kari Is married and is based in Guernsey - frequently coming over to Jersey to place Implants.
Dr Gary Plumb BDS RAND. - Orthodontist
After completing his initial training in South Africa, Dr Gary Plumb has over 20 years experience in orthodontics. In search of the latest orthodontic technologies, he has participated in many orthodontic courses, both in the UK and abroad.
He is a member of the British Orthodontic Society , Treasurer of the Local Orthodontic Committee and Vice Chairman of Hertfordshire Orthodontic Managed Clinical Network.
Janet Seymour - Practice Manager
Jan is a long standing member of the practice. She helped Karim set up Creative Smiles and has been an integral member ever since. Jan always trys to ensure that everything at the practice runs smoothly and always aims to provide a first class customer experience to all of our patients.
Outside of work Jan enjoys travelling, photography,gardening and walking her dogs.
Sadie Dupre - RDN
Sadie is a very experienced and highly capable dental nurse who qualified in 2001 and also has a post qualifications in Oral Health Education and dental radiography.
She works alongside Harri to make sure your dental visit is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
She also assists, Gary with Orthodontics, and Kari with Implants.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and going for walks
Agnieszka Orzechowska - qualified dental nurse
Aggie has recently joined us, she is a fully quailfied dental nurse, she is originally from Poland and has been living in Jersey since 2008
Aggie works alonside Karim to help ensure patients have a comfortable and relaxing visit.
Outside of work Aggie enjoys Music reading and dancing
Maddy Rault - Receptionist
Maddy joined Creative Smiles in March 2011as a part time receptionist. She quickly became an important member of our team, Maddy is efficient, reliable and friendly.
Outside of work Maddy enjoys travelling and gardening.
